Ken says it best. “I believe that no matter how long you have been involved in the sport, that you never stop learning. My personal goal has always been to learn as much about the game that I love as possible. Being involved in local and elite teams allows me the opportunity to work towards achieving this goal. Not only can the players learn from their coach and the experiences that they have but as a coach I can learn from my players and those same experiences.”
