Toronto Blue Jays will run 2012 Girls Day in Baseball

The Toronto Blue Jays were so impressed by Baseball Nova Scotia's Girls Day in Baseball this past July, that they have asked if they can become a full time sponsor. It is quite an accomplishment from an event that is only in its 5th year, to have endorsement from our country’s Major League Baseball Team.

Nova Scotia will be the only stop for the Blue Jays Girl's Day in Baseball in the entire country. Their hope is to expand the concept we developed here in Nova Scotia into other provinces.

Having the Blue Jays Former players as instructors is bound to drive up participation. There are some minor changes with ages etc, as this camp will now fall under their registration requirements.
