2024 Baseball Nova Scotia AGM

The following Board of Director positions are up for re-election at the upcoming AGM.
- President (2 years)
- Vice President, Girls Baseball (2 years)
- Secretary (2 years)
Nominations for the above listed Board of Director positions should be submitted to the Baseball Nova Scotia Executive Director, Brandon Guenette. Such nominations must be received no later then Monday, April 1st, 2024
AGENDA
(a) call to order;
(b) establishment of Quorum;
(c) approval of the Agenda;
(d) approval of the Minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting, including all business arising from those minutes;
(e) executive and Board reports;
(f) approval of the Financial Statements of BNS;
(g) election of auditor and/or audit committee for the next fiscal year if determined necessary or desirable by the Members;
(h) consideration of any business specified in the meeting notice;
(i) election of Executive ; and
(j) adjournment.
